DENTAL OFFICE VISITORS:
Please take caution when entering our dental offices at 411 Fourth Street in San Rafael. Our dental offices remain open as we are finalizing construction at the location and our office renovations are nearing completion.
- For your safety, please follow the signs at the Fourth Street entrance to check-in at Suite A.
- Beginning June 7th, Suite C will be the new check-in area for patients.
Due to construction, all 411 4th Street visitors should check-in at Suite A to the right of the gate.

Monday: 8am – 9:30pm; closed from 12-1pm
Tuesday: 8am – 9:30pm; closed from 12-1pm
Wednesday*: 8am-9:30pm; closed 12-1pm
*Note: 2nd, 4th, & 5th Wednesdays of the month: 9:15am – 9:30pm; closed from 12-1pm
Thursday: 8am – 9:30pm; closed from 12-1pm
Friday: 8am – 5pm; closed from 12-1pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm; closed from 12-1pm
Sunday: CLOSED
