Dr. Samantha Goldstein Kamras is a primary care pediatrician who works at both Marin Community Clinics and Marin Health Medical Center.
Originally from the Boston area, Dr. Kamras moved to the West Coast for her residency training at UCSF. There, she was part of the UCSF Global Health Sciences Clinical Scholars program. During medical school and residency, she spent time doing clinical work in Guatemala. Dr. Kamras has been at Marin Community Clinics since 2009.
Dr. Kamras is passionate about working with a diverse population and establishing long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She is focused on providing up-to-date evidence-based care. She particularly enjoys newborn/early childhood care and the intersection of pediatrics and public health.
Dr. Kamras is a volunteer faculty member of the UCSF Department of Pediatrics and frequently has medical students working with her.
In her free time, Dr. Kamras enjoys gardening, running, paddleboarding, and many winter sports. She and her husband have two children and a dog.
Dr. Kamras received her AB in social anthropology from Harvard College and her MD from Harvard Medical School. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
