Patty is from New York and has lived in California for more than 20 years. She has studied Western herbal medicine, Holistic Nursing, Mindful based stress reduction, prenatal yoga therapy, yoga therapy and currently studies the ancient psychological teachings and philosophy in yoga. She has practiced preventative medicine for over 20 years. Patty is a certified yoga therapist and teaches stress and pain management for over 10 years. She believes if we educate our communities on improving lifestyle changes, and help direct the mind to focus on our health goals, we can reduce our suffering and feel better about our choices we make in our life. She helps clients to focus on nutrition, sleep, exercise, relaxation and connecting to ourselves and others thus helping our community.
